  2. Sadly that won’t work when the phone is unresponsive and locked with just the logo showing on the screen. iTunes will not see the phone. Luckily, I got my iphone back to normal with the help of Mobiledic iOS System Recovery. It is really an amazing app to fix iOS system issues. Hope this helps if the above methods didn’t work.
